We are hiring a Data Analyst on our Business Intelligence team to help further grow our sales. This business oriented analyst will develop a new role in the company focused in analytics for our strategic partners. The Data Analyst will create reports and dashboards, extract and visualize actionable insights from large volumes of data, and analyze our top clients' performance.

In this job you will:

• Be the main focal point for all data matters of our top strategic clients
• Analyze data and generate useful conclusions and actionable recommendations for our clients
• Create, support and maintain data models, reports and dashboards as well as find creative solutions for a variety of challenges facing our growing data requirements
• Analyze and explain changes in key performance indicators
• Own and manage multiple BI initiatives, analytical deep dives and projects both on an on-going and an ad-hoc basis
• Work closely with internal and external business partners

About you:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analyst role, working with large data sets
• Experience working with clients / business partners
• Experience working with SQL and the aptitude and willingness to master it
• Experience working with BI tools (QlikView, Tableau, etc.)
• Proactive and passionate about data and solving problems
• BA/BS or higher. Major in industrial engineering, finance, statistics, quantitative economics or another degree emphasizing data analysis preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain organized
• Self-starter, fast-learner, able to think big and move fast
• Strong communications skills, verbal and written
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modelling in Python or R (preferred)
• Experience with developing reports in various BI Tools (preferred)

We are hiring a Data Scientist to work as part of our modelling team. This position develops new models and is responsible for model maintenance and optimization.

About you:

• An individual who is a self-sufficient quick learner that requires little or no supervision.
• A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to be part of our team that designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots & optimizes machine learning solutions created for our customers. You will deliver best-in-class products/models in an exciting fast-paced environment with the focus using Machine Learning Techniques.

About you:

• Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in quantitative discipline, e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences or similar
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience with proven hands-on experience in highly quantitative position
• Expertise in an analytical language (Python, R, or the equivalent), and experience with databases (Hive, SQL, or the equivalent)
• Prior experience working with TB scale datasets using Big Data tools and platforms (Hadoop, Spark, or the equivalent)
• Practical experience in building NLP solutions are strongly preferred
